Noel Coward constantly reinvented himself. After his career as a playwright and a recording artist began to wane in the mid-1950s he became a Cabaret performer. First in London then in Las Vegas. He became a big star in the USA and would make the majority of his remaining recordings there, many of which are now classics.
This set includes three whole LP's In Las Vegas, In New York (often regarded as the best recordings he ever made) and his solo recording of his score to Sail Away alongside recordings from a TV special with Mary Martin, three songs from a special record version of his show Conversation Piece and demo recordings of several songs cut from the score of Sail Away.
